Time series of the effective reproduction number (Rₜ) of SARS-CoV-2 in the Valencian Country

This dataset contains a time series of the effective reproduction number (Rₜ) of SARS-CoV-2 for the Valencian Country (Spain), covering the period from March 2020 to December 2021. At the time of data retrieval (January 2022), the public web repository coronadatos.es provided Rₜ time series data disaggregated by Spanish autonomous communities (as well as by provinces). The original data source cited by this repository corresponds to RENAVE-ISCIII (Spanish Epidemiological Surveillance Network), coordinated by the Centro Nacional de Epidemiología (CNE). This repository has been created with the aim of hosting the datasets used in several scientific manuscripts.本数据集涵盖西班牙巴伦西亚自治区的严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型（SARS-CoV-2）有效再生数（effective reproduction number, Rₜ）时间序列数据，覆盖时段为2020年3月至2021年12月。 在2022年1月完成数据检索时，公开网络资源库coronadatos.es提供了按西班牙自治区（及省份）拆分的Rₜ时间序列数据。该资源库所引用的原始数据源为由西班牙国家流行病学中心（Centro Nacional de Epidemiología, CNE）统筹管理的RENAVE-ISCIII（西班牙流行病学监测网络，Spanish Epidemiological Surveillance Network）。 本资源库的搭建目的为托管多篇科学手稿中所使用的数据集。
