Cisplatin-resistant OSCC cells sequencing

Cisplatin-resistant OSCC cells were established and subject to RNA sequencing, including circRNA, mRNA and lncRNA, on an Illumina Nova platform, aiming to identify differentially expressed RNAs in Cisplatin-resistant OSCC cells vs parental cells. Further investigation will be done to confirm sequencing results and select promising RNA targets with regard to chemoresistance and reveal the mechanisms by which those RNAs regulate OSCC cells' chemoresistance and progression.
