Data underlying: Chapter 5. Redox-dependent extracellular interaction networks of Cysteine-rich Receptor Kinases

Data repository of raw and processes data of the redox-dependent interactome assay (RIA CRK-CRK) described in chapter 5. The repository includes a description of CRK constructs used, experimental design of the in vitro assay, raw spectrophotometry data of each plate measured, processed data after statistical analysis as described in Materials and Methods of Chapter 5, CRK ECD charge distribution quantification and centrality measurements after network analysis as described in Materials and Methods of Chapter 5.

本数据集仓库收录了第5章所述的氧化还原依赖性相互作用组测定（redox-dependent interactome assay, RIA CRK-CRK）的原始与经处理后数据。该仓库包含所用CRK构建体的说明、体外测定的实验设计、每块检测板的原始分光光度数据、经第5章《材料与方法》中所述统计分析流程处理后的数据，以及经网络分析后得到的CRK胞外域（extracellular domain, ECD）电荷分布定量结果与中心性度量值。
