Dataset to support lipid profiling of bacteria using liquid AP-MALDI MS

This dataset contains mass spectrometry raw data files, multivariate models and cross-validation reports for principle component analysis. The samples used for data acquisition were bacterial extracts from 10 species including C. jejuni, E. coli, E. faecalis, E. hirae, K. pneumoniae, L. brevis, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, S. epidermidis and S. pyogenes. The instrumental setup used to acquire the data was an in-house built atmospheric pressure MALDI source and all bacterial extracts were analysed as liquid samples. All data presented was obtained between March 2019 to August 2019.
