Patricia Bay pH Sensor Deployed 2013-03-25

The Satlantic SeaFET Ocean pH Sensor (SN 006) was deployed on 2013-03-25 at Patricia Bay. Patricia Bay is located in the Saanich Inlet, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. This device is a pH Sensor. pH sensors measure the acidity, or alkalinity, of sea water by the concentration of hydrogen ions in the water column. It was deployed on a fixed platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 2.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.Satlantic SeaFET海洋pH传感器（序列号SN 006）于2013年3月25日部署于帕特里夏湾（Patricia Bay）。帕特里夏湾位于温哥华岛（Vancouver Island）南端的萨尼奇湾（Saanich Inlet）内。该设备为pH传感器（pH Sensor），此类传感器通过检测水柱中的氢离子浓度，测量海水的酸度或碱度。本次部署采用固定式平台搭载，所产生的数据已完成归档，并通过加拿大海洋网络（Ocean Networks Canada）的Oceans 2.0数字基础设施对外共享，该数据集已完成质量管控，且其衍生数据产品均遵循既定行业规范。
