New chromosome-scale genomes provide insights into marine adaptations of sea snakes (Hydrophis: Elapidae)

This repository contains data files relating to the genome assembly, annotation and genomic investigation of Hydrophis sea snakes. In this dataset exists genome assemblies and their gene and repeat annotations, as well as data files relating to selection testing, phylogenetic and chromosomal synteny analyses.
