Larvae (L4) from a highly insecticide-resistant strain (HAmCqG8) exposed to permethrin

A total of 200 surviving fourth instar larvae of each treatment were pooled, flash-frozen on dry ice, and immediately processed for RNA extraction. Four treatments were conducted: untreated time 0 h, acetone treated 24 h post-application, and permethrin mixed in an acetone carrier at the LC50 and the LC70 rate (24 h post-application).
