Supporting data for "Diel variability of methane emissions from lakes"

In this study, we performed lake CH4 flux measurements resolving diel variability in four lakes with different physicochemical characteristics, which are situated along a climate gradient from the northern temperate to northern boreal zone. We used a combination of manual and automated flux chambers, which generated 4,580 individual flux estimates, covering in total 524 full chamber measurement days in the lakes. The dataset was originally published in DiVA and moved to SND in 2024.本研究针对沿北温带至北方寒带气候梯度分布的4个理化特性各异的湖泊开展甲烷（CH4）通量测量，以解析其日变化特征。本研究采用手动与自动通量箱相结合的观测方案，共获得4580组单次通量估算值，覆盖所有湖泊总计524个完整通量箱测量日。本数据集最初发布于DiVA平台，并于2024年迁移至SND。
