Input files

We provide here the files used as inputs to simulate neutral dynamics on spatially structured and unstructured archipelagos. Details on the structure of these inputs are given as comments in the algorithms, and simple exemples are provided with the Codes of the models. This data include: the carrying capacities on islands/archipelagos (CarryingCapacities_...txt), the species abundance distributions of the mainland species (Distri_mainland...txt), the matrices of connectivity (Mcon_...txt), and the sampling frequencies on islands/archipelagos (SamplingFrequency...txt).

本文提供了用于在空间结构化与非结构化群岛上模拟中性动力学（neutral dynamics）的输入文件集。有关上述输入文件的结构细节已在算法注释中予以说明，模型代码中附带了简单示例。本数据集包含以下内容：岛屿/群岛的环境容纳量（carrying capacity，CarryingCapacities_...txt）、大陆物种种多度分布（species abundance distribution，Distri_mainland...txt）、连通性矩阵（Mcon_...txt）以及岛屿/群岛的采样频率（SamplingFrequency...txt）。
