Microtubule edge detector training dataset

Training data for training models for doing segmentation of edges of the Kymographs obtained by using the Multi Kymograph tool of Fiji. The images were acquired at the Kyushu university by Professor Daisuke INOUE and annotation of the data and training of the segmentation model was done by Varun Kapoor at Kapoorlabs in Paris.本数据集为用于训练边缘分割模型的训练数据，该模型旨在对通过Fiji多运动描记图工具（Multi Kymograph Tool）获取的运动描记图（Kymograph）的边缘进行分割。该批图像由九州大学的井上大辅（Daisuke INOUE）教授采集完成，数据集标注与分割模型的训练工作均由巴黎Kapoorlabs的Varun Kapoor完成。
