VPRS 15748 Notices of Motion

This series consists of notices of motion which were submitted to the Council by various councillors. The notices expressed the intention of councillors to move particular motions at designated council meetings. The motions were listed in chronological order by date of submission. Notices of motion were either handwritten into the Register, or, after 1882, pasted individually using handwritten or printed copies.The back of the volume in the P1 consignment contained additional records kept during the same time.
