Observing network dynamics through sentinel nodes

This repository holds simulation and analysis data for the manuscript, "Observing network dynamics through sentinel nodes". The computer code for this project is maintained at https://github.com/ngmaclaren/observe. To use the data located here, on Zenodo, with the code located on GitHub, place and extract the tar files and check5.rds in ./observe/data and the remaining files in ./observe/analysis. Note that networks.tar contains empirical networks originally published elsewhere; these networks are available at https://networks.skewed.de/ or from the original sources.本仓库存储了论文《通过哨兵节点观测网络动力学》（Observing network dynamics through sentinel nodes）的模拟与分析数据。本项目的计算机代码托管于https://github.com/ngmaclaren/observe。若要结合本项目的GitHub代码使用Zenodo平台上的本数据集，请将各tar压缩包与check5.rds文件放置并解压至./observe/data目录，其余文件则放置并解压至./observe/analysis目录。请注意，networks.tar中包含此前已在其他文献中发表的实证网络，此类网络可从https://networks.skewed.de/或其原始出处获取。
