Scale-free Directed Graphs

This dataset comprises randomly generated scale-free directed graphs, where each node exhibits varying in-degree deviations. These graphs are employed as input influence graphs for synthesizing Boolean networks. Additionally, they are specifically engineered to model gene and cell signaling networks. Each graph within the dataset can contain up to 1000 nodes. The associated task is to synthesize Boolean networks based on given constraints.
