Meta-transcriptomic sequencing of Macrobrachium rosenbergii from Southeast Asian

Infectious Precocity Virus (IPV) has a significant economic impact on the aquaculture industry, as it causes sexual precocity and slow growth in the Macrobrachium rosenbergii. We employed the next-generation sequencing (NGS) technique to study the IPV of 2 M. rosenbergii collected in Southeast Asia.
