Station identifiers and geographic coordinates are provided for 105 JX1 and 68 JX2 analysis locations. The NCFs were calculated using SeisNoise.jl in Julia. Continuous seismic records were divided into 12-hour windows with a 2-hour overlap, demeaned, detrended, band-pass filtered between 0.05 and 5 Hz, spectrally whitened, normalized, cross-correlated, and combined using phase-weighted stacking. The NCFs are provided in SAC format. The dataset also includes the final one-dimensional shear-wave velocity (Vs) profile models obtained by damped least-squares inversion of the double-beamforming-derived Rayleigh-wave phase-velocity dispersion curves using CPS330. The released models contain 105 JX1 profiles and 68 JX2 profiles and span depths of 0–15 km at a sampling interval of 0.25 km.
