Contains 3D structural data sets done with X-ray ptychographic CT (PXCT) and X-ray nanoholotomograhy (XNH). Contains also trace elemental 2D slices of the roots, made with X-ray nanofluorescence CT imaging (XRF). The roots received 3 different treatments: control, Se treated, and Se+bacterial treated. This data set is related to the paper by Hanna Help et al. titled "High-resolution synchrotron imaging for studying micronutrient uptake in intact fresh roots " (https://doi.org/10.1101/767558 ) The data labels for PXCT data / treatment: id_131: control #1 id_132: Se + bacteria #1 id_133: Se (failed) id_134: Se + bacteria #2 id_135: control #2 (failed a bit) id_136: Se The data labels for XNH and XRF data / treatment: E1D_001: control E2B_001: Se #1 E2B_002: Se #2 E2C_002: Se #3 E3B_001: Se + bact #1 E3X_001: Se + bact #2 E3X_002: Se + bact #3
本数据集包含通过X射线叠层层析成像(X-ray ptychographic CT, PXCT)与X射线纳米全息层析成像(X-ray nanoholotomograhy, XNH)获取的三维结构数据,同时涵盖采用X射线纳米荧光CT成像(X-ray nanofluorescence CT, XRF)采集的根系二维微量元素切片数据。所有受试根系样本共接受三类处理方式:对照组、硒(Se)处理组以及硒-细菌复合处理组。本数据集关联Hanna Help等人发表的题为"High-resolution synchrotron imaging for studying micronutrient uptake in intact fresh roots"的研究论文(DOI: 10.1101/767558)。
