LncRNA RPPH1 regulated gene expression changes in breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells

LncRNA RPPH1 has been reported to be highly expressed in a variety of cancers. In order to determine the function and mechanism of lncRNA RPPH1 in breast cancer, we overexpressed lncRNA RPPH1 in breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells, and analyzed the gene expression changes in these RPPH1 overexpressed cells compared with the control cells by RNA-seq. Overall design: Gene expression profiles from RNA-sequencing were generated from lncRNA RPPH1 overexpressed MDA-MB-231 cells and the control MDA-MB-231 cells. There are three replicates in each group.
