Gene expression profile at single cell level of selected bone marrow from the wild type and the Txnip knock-out mice

To investigate the difference in bone remodeling between wild-type and Txnip knock-out mice. we extracted bone marrow from wild-type and Txnip knock-out mice and then screened them to get our interesting cells. We then used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the selected bone marrow from wild-type and Txnip knock-out mice. Overall design: Bone marrow was flushed, sieved, enriched, and finally isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) to get specific cells that we were interested and the difference between WT and Txnip-KO was analyzed using scRNAseq.
