"This dataset provides the complete set of raw, normalized boundary voltage measurements for seven retrospective clinical cases (C1\u2013C7) collected during routine pulmonary monitoring using a dual-plane 32-electrode 3D Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) system. The data were acquired in a tertiary hospital under Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval and represent realistic clinical conditions."
