Uterine Artery Transcriptome of Non-pregnant WT, Rgs2 knockout, Rgs5 knockout, and Rgs2/5 double knockout Mice. Mus musculus strain:C57 black 6 | isolate:uterine artery

The purpose of this project was to assess how the single or dual deletion of genes encoding the regulators of G protein signaling (RGS) 2 and 5 alters the transcriptome of uterine arteries of non-pregnant mice. This objective was pursued using unsupervised sequencing of RNA extracted from harvested uterine arteries from wilt type, Rgs2 knockout, Rgs5 knockout, and Rgs2/5 double knockout non-pregnant female mice 8-20 weeks old.
