# The R-SCRIPT shows how to extract incubation bouts (i.e., the time between the arrival of a parent and its departure from the nest followed by incubation by its partner) from instantaneous continusou RFID data and from video data scored for start and end of an event on the nest (be it incubation, feeding, exchange, etc.). The RFID DATA were collected by M. Bulla & B. Kempenaers in 2012 and the VIDEO DATA by K. Weidinger 2009 and scored by M.
