Additional file 3: Table S3. Differentially enriched gut microbiota at every level between groups using MetaPhlAn2 method. Taxon with a p. adj < 0.2 (FDR-corrected Kruskal–Wallis test) were shown. FDR-corrected Kruskal–Wallis test was followed by Steel–Dwass test for pairwise comparisons. Threshold of p-value (Steel–Dwass test) was set at 0.05.附加文件3：表S3。本表格呈现了基于MetaPhlAn2方法鉴定的各组间各分类层级的差异富集肠道菌群，其中纳入了经错误发现率（False Discovery Rate, FDR）校正的克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯检验（Kruskal-Wallis test）得到的校正后P值（p.adj）小于0.2的分类群。经上述FDR校正的克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯检验后，进一步采用Steel-Dwass检验完成组间两两比较，该检验的显著性P值阈值设定为0.05。
