Mac2a CRISPR screen replicate 2 raw data

The data contain raw DNA deep sequencing files for Brunello genome wide Mac2a replicate 2 screens with selected drugs: belinostat, dinaciclib, idarubicin, idasanutlin, navitoclax, venetoclax, ruxolitinib, romidepsin, untreated = day0 control, and DMSO control at day 14 and day 9 ("d14" and "d9" specified in the file name). All drugs except romidepsin were maintained for 14 days and were compared to the day 14 DMSO control. Romidepsin was maintained for 9 days and was compared to the day 9 DMSO control. Essential genes were assessed by comparing DMSO control at day 14 to the Brubello plasmid library.
