Snow property and temperature profiles in different climate regions

Continuous observations of temperature profile of air-snow-soil layers at different sites in Japan and Alaska, and ad-hoc observations of snow density and thermal conductivity to examine the climatic gradient of snow physical property relationships that are to be implemented in large-scale climate models for refinement.
