POLLEN, PHYTOLITH, AND MACROFLORAL ANALYSIS AT THE RUBY CREEK SITE, 24CB622, MONTANA

Eight matched pollen, phytolith, and macrofloral samples were analyzed
from the Ruby Creek Site (24CB622) in Carbon County, Montana. This includes
over 170 stone circle alignments, some of which contained interior hearths
and exterior storage features. The samples represent two stone circles.
These samples were examined to evaluate the potential for further study and
to generate research questions, as well as to characterize local vegetation.

本研究对美国蒙大拿州卡本县红宝石溪遗址（24CB622）出土的8组匹配孢粉、植硅体与大植物遗存样本进行了分析。该遗址共发现170余处石圈排布遗迹，其中部分遗迹带有内部火塘与外部储物设施。本次分析的样本取自两处石圈遗迹，开展此项检测的目的为评估后续研究的可行性、提出相关研究议题，并刻画遗址周边的本地植被特征。
