Roider_BNHL

This dataset contains a small lightweight and preprocessed subset of the flow cytometry data from the BNHL study of Roider et al. (Nature Cell Biology, 2024; https://doi.org/10.1038/s41556-024-01358-2). The data were generated using two distinct antibody panels measuring 12 protein markers each, along with morphological parameters including forward and side scatter (FSC and SSC).For the purposes of this tutorial, we provide a curated subset of the original dataset comprising 33 donors across two panels who were measured in four independent experimental batches. The data have already been preprocessed to correct for fluorescent spillover, and only live, single-cell events were exported. The expression data has been transformed using a hyperbolic arcsin transformation and scaled to the range [0,1]. Additionally, one of the panels has been annotated and associated metadata is included. The data of both panels are provided as h5ad files.
