The dataset presents the relationship between Teacher Self-Concept (TSC) and Teacher Efficacy (TE) as the predictors predicting burnout for the Indonesian context. Three components of burnout involved in this study are Emotional Exhaustion (EE), Depersonalization (DP), and Reduced Personal Accomplishment (RPA). Content Validity Index (CVI), Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) were addressed for the model validation and relationship testing
本数据集呈现了以教师自我概念(Teacher Self-Concept, TSC)与教师效能感(Teacher Efficacy, TE)为预测变量,针对印度尼西亚背景下教师职业倦怠的预测关系。本研究涉及的职业倦怠包含三个维度:情绪衰竭(Emotional Exhaustion, EE)、去人格化(Depersonalization, DP)及个人成就感降低(Reduced Personal Accomplishment, RPA)。本研究通过内容效度指数(Content Validity Index, CVI)、探索性因子分析(Exploratory Factor Analysis, EFA)、验证性因子分析(Confirmatory Factor Analysis, CFA)与基于协方差的结构方程模型(Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling, CB-SEM)开展模型验证与关系检验。
