Draft genome sequence of the bacteria which degrade cell wall of Tricholomamatutake. Paenibacillus glycanilyticus

The aim of the project is making protoplast of Tricholoma matsutake. Several bacteria with degrading activity of T. matsutake cell wall were isolated from soil sample. To reveal related enzymes for the cell wall degradation, these bacterial whole genome sequence are important.
