Sealed prediction: Roman strong-lensing time-delay H_0

Sealed prediction file (plaintext) for Roman strong-lensing H_0. Embargoed until 2030-12-01, on which date the file is automatically released by Zenodo. Predicts H_0 = 67.30 km/s/Mpc independent of CMB Cross-references the encrypted (AES-256) version with public SHA-256 hash on the master record. Both layers — embargo and encryption — prevent post-hoc adjustment of the prediction.
