NRS-13854 | Registers of land purchases under pre-emptive right (intermediate class)

These registers contain copies of the deeds of grant issued in respect of land alienated in the intermediate districts under the Orders in Council of 1847, Ch.III which provided that the same rules should govern alienation to lessees in these districts as in the unsettled districts. The first volume is a duplicate of volume No.125 among the Colonial Secretary's registers. There is a separate register for land situated in the Moreton Bay District (7/1290).(7/960-61, 7/1290). 3 vols.
