DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL INTEGRATION MECHANISMS BASED ON THE AGILE–GREEN–DIGITAL MODEL

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of developing regional integration mechanisms based on the **Agile–Green–Digital (AGD)** model. The study proposes an integrated management approach that combines agile governance principles, green economy objectives, and digital transformation to enhance regional competitiveness and ensure sustainable development. Using comparative, systemic, and analytical research methods, international best practices in regional governance and integration are reviewed, and their applicability to regional development is assessed. The research identifies the key institutional, economic, environmental, and technological factors influencing regional integration and proposes practical recommendations for strengthening interregional cooperation, promoting digital governance, expanding green investments, and improving institutional coordination. The findings demonstrate that the implementation of the Agile–Green–Digital model can increase governance efficiency, accelerate innovation, improve resource utilization, and support sustainable regional development. The proposed approach provides a conceptual framework for policymakers and regional authorities to design effective integration strategies under the conditions of green and digital transformation.
