This dataset has the necessary MATLAB codes to simulate an optimal stimulus design process for an excitatory-inhibitory continuous time recurrent neural network. The main code master.m invokes certain functions which are also available in the published dataset. The obtained stimuli are used in parameter estimation of the network. The related code segments are also available in the master.m file which uses MATLAB fmincon function to maximize the point process likelihood.

本数据集收录了用于模拟兴奋-抑制型连续时间循环神经网络(continuous time recurrent neural network)最优刺激设计流程的必要MATLAB代码。主程序master.m会调用若干配套函数,这些函数同样包含于本公开数据集中。由此得到的刺激信号可用于该网络的参数估计。master.m文件中亦包含相关代码段,该文件通过调用MATLAB fmincon函数以实现点过程似然值的最大化。
