Edited database for FAPROTAX

This FAPROTAX (Louca S, Parfrey LW, Doebeli M. Decoupling function and taxonomy in the global ocean microbiome. Science 2016;353:1272-7) database has been edited by Malin Bomberg to include lineages found in the Kevitsa mine and to accommodate for the taxonomy of the silva database version 132. All additions to the database have been marked with #ITERAMS and #ECOTAIL based on the projects for which this database has been used. No data has been removed from the original database.本FAPROTAX（FAPROTAX）数据库由Louca S、Parfrey LW与Doebeli M于2016年在《科学》（Science）期刊发表的研究提出（Louca S, Parfrey LW, Doebeli M. Decoupling function and taxonomy in the global ocean microbiome. Science 2016;353:1272-7），后经Malin Bomberg编辑修订：新增凯维察矿（Kevitsa mine）中发现的微生物谱系，并适配SILVA数据库（SILVA）132版本的分类学命名规则。该数据库的所有新增条目均根据其所属应用项目，分别以#ITERAMS和#ECOTAIL进行标注，且未删减原始数据库的任何原有数据。
