Microsatellite panels

This zip file comprise the microsatellite panels in genepop format used in this study: Species-Specific panel of 10 Random Sampling loci (SS-10RS) - 25 pools of 10 species-specific markers were sampled randomly; Species-Specific Most Polymorphic panel of 10 loci (SS-10MP) - the ten most polymorphic species-specific markers were selected; Species-Specific panel of 35 loci (SS-35) - the whole set of 35 autosomal loci.
