In this study, the performance and biodistribution of the retrogradely-spreading AAV9-SynA53T vector was evaluated in the NHP brain. Conducted intraparenchymal deliveries of viral suspensions in the left putamen gave rise to a disseminated synucleinopathy in a circuit-specific basis.本研究评估了逆行传播型AAV9-SynA53T载体（retrogradely-spreading AAV9-SynA53T vector）在非人灵长类（Non-Human Primate, NHP）脑内的表达性能与生物分布。通过向左侧壳核脑实质内递送病毒悬液，可在环路特异性基础上引发弥散性突触核蛋白病。
