Ethanol fuel production share in Brazil 2021, by region

Ethanol fuel production in the South East region of Brazil was the highest in the country, accounting for approximately 50.5 percent of the country's ethanol production in 2021. The Central West region ranked second, with a share of 38.5 percent of the total output. That year, Brazil's ethanol fuel production stood at nearly 30 million cubic meters.
