This data record consists of a single .xlsx spreadsheet of neuropsychiatric complications of COVID-19. The data underlie the manuscript: "Neuropsychiatric manifestations of COVID-19 can be clustered in three distinct symptom categories".<br>The related study aimed to evaluate the neuropsychiatric manifestations of COVID-19 by applying statistical clustering methods to assess the symptom clusters of these manifestations.<br><br>The data were compiled by reviewing the medical records of 201 patients with confirmed COVID-19 (52 outpatients and 149 inpatients) that were treated in a large referral centre in Tehran, Iran from March 2019 to May 2020. The clinical symptoms were systematically evaluated and documented in the patients’ files by trained interviewers. Hierarchical clustering analysis was then used to categorise clinical symptoms. <br>
