Metaverse Governance a Perspective from Norwegian Public Sector

This dataset consists of transcripts from interviews conducted during June - November 2025. Interviews were conducted with four key participants for the Norwegian public sector metaverse case – two from Brønnøysundregistrene, and one from Skatteetaten and the consulting company respectively. The total duration of the interviews were approximately 235 minutes; they were fully recorded and transcribed verbatim. The data provided has been anonymised to protect participants identity in accordance with Sikt approval.本数据集涵盖2025年6月至11月期间开展的访谈逐字转录文本。本次访谈针对挪威公共部门元宇宙案例的四位核心参与者展开：其中两位来自挪威商业注册局（Brønnøysundregistrene），另外两位分别来自挪威税务总局（Skatteetaten）与一家咨询公司。所有访谈总时长约235分钟，均已完成完整录音并进行逐字转录。本数据集已依据Sikt的审批要求完成匿名化处理，以保护参与者的身份信息。
