Claudins family as potential prognostic indicators in ovarian cancer by bioinformatics analysis

In this paper, the expression and possible function of CLDNs in ovarian cancer were explored by bioinformatics analysis, and verified by mRNA high-throughput sequencing of ovarian cancer and cancer-free ovary. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of mRNA-seq data for 4 pairs of ovarian cancer and cancer-free ovary and their KEGG Pathway Enrichment Analysis.
