Micellar electrokinetic chromatography data from a Sciex P/ACE MDQ Plus using a 30 cm effective length capillary, 230 nm UV absorbance analysis (scans collected at a rate of 4Hz), and 15 kV separation voltage. The excel spreadsheets are integrations made from the electropherograms using the Sciex software, while the asc files are the electropherograms themselves. This experiment sought to gather 4 replicates each of kinetic reads comparing pyrophosphate-containing, citrate-containing, and a combination of the two to a control that lacked any of those anions. These 4 replicates are seen in STH 03-142,143,144, and 145. Thus items with the same name are actually replicates of that same sample type.These are all the data that went into the paper "Physiological iron chelators pyrophosphate and citrate have different effects on the proportions of monoferric transferrin metalloforms"
