Whole genome sequencing reads from Pantherophis guttatus

Wild P. guttatus samples collected from across the southeastern United States were sequenced to coverage ranging from 4 to 52x (median 24x). Population genetic analysis was used to answer questions about population history and fine-scale recombination patterns across the genome. Additional samples were sequenced from a colony of corn snakes. These samples include both unrelated samples and samples from 2 pedigrees.
