Dataset related to diabetic patient at sundernagar

In rural Himachal Pradesh (HP), diabetes mellitus is a serious health concern that is made worse by a lack of knowledge, a delayed diagnosis, and insufficient treatment. In order to evaluate diabetes-related health behaviors, comorbidities, and treatment methods in rural areas, this study presents the Diabetes Comorbidities (DiaComor) questionnaire, a psychometric instrument. One hundred and one individuals from rural HP were given the DiaComor questionnaire, which included lifestyle, nutritional patterns, traditional health practices, and diabetes awareness.在印度喜马偕尔邦（Himachal Pradesh，简称HP）的农村地区，糖尿病（diabetes mellitus）是一项严重的公共卫生挑战，知识匮乏、诊断延迟与治疗不足进一步加剧了该问题的负面影响。为评估农村地区与糖尿病相关的健康行为、共病状况及治疗方案，本研究开发了一款心理测量工具——糖尿病共病调查问卷（Diabetes Comorbidities，简称DiaComor）。本研究向来自该邦农村地区的101名受试者发放了该DiaComor调查问卷，问卷内容涵盖生活方式、营养模式、传统健康实践及糖尿病认知水平等维度。
