Mains Of Balgavies cup and ring marked stone

ScRAP ID 1960 Canmore 34914. This stone was moved from Mains of Balgavies NO55SW 22 531 511 to Milldens in the 1980s. It was previously described as being found in stone clearance and measures 1.04m by 0.60m by 0.50m thick. The stone has a number of cup marks with rings and a long groove joining the cups. This and two other cup marked stones were relocated to Milldens by the owners of Mains of Balgavies in the 1980s. The stone is now located at OS 54542 50596 on the N side of the road by Milldens Mill which is land also owned by the Mains of Balgavies which is 1.4 km away from original find location.
