This dataset supports the experimental and microstructural analysis presented in the study titled “Microstructure-guided optimization of octahedral lattice structures for enhanced energy absorption via LPBF.” It includes raw and processed data from uniaxial compression tests, micro-computed tomography (Micro-CT), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) performed on both initial and optimized Ti6Al4V lattice structures fabricated using laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). The repository also contains high-resolution figures, mechanical performance metrics, porosity analysis, original microscopy images, and defect quantification maps.
