为了摸底东莞市低空经济企业创新成果，了解产业分布情况，识别专利发展水平和产业发展优劣势，把握未来产业发展方向，现对东莞市低空经济产业的专利发展水平进行对比分析研究，以专利申请及有效情况等为切入点，并给出产业发展路径和提升方法等建议，最终形成《东莞低空经济分类专利研究数据》。

To gain a clear understanding of the innovation achievements of low-altitude economy enterprises in Dongguan, clarify the industrial distribution, assess the patent development level and the strengths and weaknesses of industrial development, and grasp the future development direction of the industry, this study conducts a comparative analysis of the patent development level of Dongguan's low-altitude economy industry, taking patent applications and valid patent status as the starting point. It also puts forward targeted suggestions including industrial development paths and improvement methods, and finally forms the *Research Data on Classified Patents of Dongguan's Low-Altitude Economy*.
