This dataset contains experimental ptychography data supporting the results presented in the manuscript “Optimizing probes for multi-beam ptychography”. The dataset is a subset of the data recorded at the ID13 beamline of the ESRF-EBS during the beamtime to proposal CH-7522 (session date 2025-07-10) [1]. The experiments were carried out with the support of the ID13 beamline staff. We acknowledge the assistance of Manfred Burghammer for experimental support and beamline operation, as well as Michael Sztucki for setting up the ID13 beamline for multi-beam ptychography. The data consist of single-beam ptychographic scans acquired at the beamline and used for experimental probe reconstruction and validation. Each scan is provided in its original acquisition directory structure. The dataset also includes representative reconstruction results derived from the experimental scan data, provided in NumPy (.npz) format. 本数据集包含实验用叠层成像(ptychography)数据,用以支撑发表于论文手稿《多光束叠层成像的探针优化(Optimizing probes for multi-beam ptychography)》中的研究结果。 本数据集是欧洲同步辐射光源-升级项目(ESRF-EBS)ID13光束线在针对实验提案CH-7522(实验时段为2025年7月10日)的束流实验期间所采集数据的子集[1]。 本实验得到了ID13光束线团队的支持。在此我们感谢Manfred Burghammer提供的实验协助与光束线运维支持,同时感谢Michael Sztucki为搭建多光束叠层成像实验所需的ID13光束线所做的工作。 本数据集包含在该光束线采集的单光束叠层成像扫描数据,用于实验探针的重构与验证。每份扫描数据均保留其原始采集目录结构。此外,数据集还包含由实验扫描数据衍生得到的典型重构结果,以NumPy(.npz)格式存储。 本数据集附带的README文件中详细说明了目录结构与数据格式规范。 参考文献 [1] Fevola, G.、Kahnt, M.、Larsen, C.
