This archive contains imaging data of the Lungman anthropomorphic chest phantom (Kyoto Kagaku, Tokyo, Japan) obtained using two different clinically utilised X-ray devices: 128-slice SOMATOM Definition Edge (Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany) for two CT scans at 100 kVp. The volume size is 512x512x426 and 320x320x298 mm3. The voxel size is 0.625x0.625x0.7 mm3. Thunder Platform (GE Healthcare, Chicago, Illinois, USA) for a digital radiograph at 90 kVp. The image size is 1871x1881 pixels and 364x366 mm2. The pixel size is 0.1946x0.1946 mm2. One of the CT scans has been fully segmented. STL files have been created from the segmentations to generate 3D surfaces of the anatomical structures, including: bronchioles, bronchus, trachea, diaphragm, skin, heart, sheets, couch, tumours, hard bones, soft bones, spine, sternum, and clavicles.

Thunder Platform(通用电气医疗(GE Healthcare),美国伊利诺伊州芝加哥):开展一次90 kVp的数字放射摄影(digital radiograph),图像像素矩阵尺寸为1871×1881,对应物理成像面积为364×366 mm²,像素尺寸为0.1946×0.1946 mm²。 其中一次CT扫描已完成全量解剖结构分割。研究团队已从该分割结果生成STL文件,以构建包含以下解剖结构的三维表面模型:细支气管、支气管、气管、膈肌、皮肤、心脏、床单、检查床、肿瘤、密质骨、松质骨、脊柱、胸骨以及锁骨。
