Supporting datasets accompanying the manuscript titled "Press disturbance alters community structure and assembly mechanisms of bacterial taxa and functional genes in mesocosm-scale bioreactors". R-script, data and a graphic schematic of the null model used in the manuscript is included, so as to reproduce Figs. 6 and 7 as well as Tables S3-S5.本数据集为题为《压力扰动改变中试规模生物反应器中细菌类群与功能基因的群落结构及组装机制》的研究手稿的配套数据集。本数据集包含该手稿中所使用的R脚本（R-script）、实验数据以及零模型（null model）的图形示意图，可用于复现图6、图7及补充表S3至S5。
