Expression data from Human non-small cell lung cancer

Chemoresistance induced by upregulated ZNF300 in A549/DDP, which was established with a low dosage of cisplatin treatment previously, was in clinical need of resolving. Because ZNF300 was selected as a regulator in associated with drug resisance, we sought to find its modulating role in tumorogenesis or drug resistance. Lentivirus caring overexpressing and control vector of ZNF300 was utilized to tansfect the A549 cells for for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays with a view to evaluate the global gene expression profile regulated by ZNF300.
