The Secretary of the Royal Commission travelled on overseas fact-finding tours to study the extent, consequences, investigation and management of drug abuse.The series comprises contact details of individuals and organisations located outside Australia associated with drug abuse research, in the fields of pharmacology, medicine, mental health, criminology and government policy formulation. Contacts are organised according to region, country and organisation. Also contained are lists of relevant literature produced by several contacts, and regional reports by the United Nations Organisation.This series was originally part of the series known as NRS-1629 "Miscellaneous Records".
